Girly alert!
A super-girly card today....pink and green with a touch of satin ribbon! Every piece of cardstock I used on this card was left over from previous projects. I didn't cut into a new sheet of cardstock! The cardbase was from when I made another card. Whenever I cut cardstock in half for a card, I throw the other half in a small box on my craft table. And when I have scraps, I store them in 6x9 envelopes by general color, i.e., greens, reds, blues. The next time I'm making a card, I check these pieces first before cutting more. It's a great to make sure I'm getting the maximum usage from my cardstock.
Thanks for stopping by!

Very pretty color combination. The pink on pink with the satin ribbon is lovely.
Sharon,
I love doing this - making a new card out of what I have - I do store my scraps with the original paper in a ziploc bag, but I've thought about saving the "card bases" somewhere else so I won't accidentally cut them up! Anyway, I love this stamp set, and this is another good example of using it - thanks!
