Digital fun

For my stamp club this month, we played around with the fun and fabulous My Digital Studio, Stampin' Up!'s digital design software. In addition to creating scrapbooks, cards, calendars and more, it's great for creating hybrid projects. The club projects featured some elements created in My Digital Studio (#118108, $79.95) with some traditional card making supplies.



The images for both cards were created in My Digital studio, cut or punched, and then embellished. Adding ribbon, jewels and punched images help complete the hybrid process.

Embossed Snowflakes

I'm back with another holiday card! I've said before how much I love Stampin' Up!'s embossing folders and the new Holiday Mini Catalog has a new one that features beautiful, delicate snowflakes.

I paired Bashful Blue with Night of Navy for this holiday card. A few of Stampin' Up!'s new self-adhesive rhinestone jewels in the snowflake centers and some gorgeous satin ribbon add another splash of elegance.

Shoebox Swap

What fun! My upline held a group meeting tonight with a shoebox swap featuring products from the new Idea Book & Catalog. I came home with some fabulous new cards!! I'll be sharing some over the next few days, but I'm going to start with my contribution.

My card features lots of new products - the fun Grunge Rock stamp set, new colors Pear Pizzazz and Concord Crush and the sparkly self-adhesive rhinestone jewels! The picture does not do any justice to the jewel - it adds just the right amount of bling to the crown!
